We stopped in for a watch band repair on the recommendation of another jeweller. It was the best recommendation. The staff were friendly and welcoming and had the band repaired, date and time reset in minutes. I was shocked by the price of the repair however, five dollars! We offered to pay more but the offer was declined. I highly recommend Osborne’s as I expected to leave the watch for pick up days later and to pay a higher fee. They performed beyond my expectations.

Wonderful work! I have a medallion that I wanted to wear as a bracelet. The Osbornes did a wonderful job of adding a very attractive chain and catch. I'm proud of that medallion but even more proud of the beautiful chain. What great work they do! Dr. Rose

I had been wanting to have a ring designed which consisted of some sentimental pieces of jewelry I'd received along the way. I decided to stop in at Osbornes Jewelers since it was a new business. I met Doug and Jennifer who were so welcoming, warm and helpful. I sat down with Doug and we talked about the design. I received my ring just in time for my birthday. when I first saw the finished product I cried. It was everything I had hoped for and more. Thank you so much for making this beautiful heirloom ring which will be in my family for years to come. I'm very happy to have found the Osbornes and highly recommend them, to take great care of your precious pieces of jewelry.

I would recommend them all day long, amazing costumer service and work , I was quoted a week for my rings to be re size and has promise I was able to pick them up the morning they said I was very please and I will for sure be taking all my jewelry to them , 100 % recommend 😊

Stopped in here for the first time today with 2 watches that needed batteries. There was a customer ahead of me and the owner asked me to have a seat. They were so friendly and helpful to the person ahead of me. I knew I was in the right place. I gave them my watches and waited for the batteries to be replaced. Watches were returned to me with new batteries (they give 1 year guarantee) and time and date set. Carefully placed in little plastic bags to prevent scratches.
Great service while you wait with friendly owners. Would definitely recommend.

Felt great to deal with someone directly that was going to repair my ring rather than have it sent away somewhere. They were so nice to deal with and so honest. Felt comfortable leaving my wedding ring with them. It came back looking like new after 15 years of wear.

The service was excellent. The work top notch and very affordable.
More than that, the people were lovely.

Recently my wife took a family heirloom ring to Doug to have repaired and appraised. I went along just to see the operation and to meet Doug and Jen. I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities (store) and the professionalism that was given to us. Doug explained and showed us what needed to be done and gave us a quote immediately. I was expecting it to be a lot higher but again we were surprised on a fair price given. Thanks Doug for taking the time and giving her back a beautifully restored ring and a very satisfied customer. We will not hesitate to recommend your business.
